Our Manifesto
The creative industries are superpowered. The ability to influence behaviors and shift attitudes is the very reason why business and politics rely on the creative industries—advertising, design, marketing, and public relations—to succeed.
But this superpower is used more often to exploit insecurities than it is tapped to inspire new ways forward. And, it is degenerated by systematic -isms, out of control egos, and an unabashed worship of “The Grind.”

What if we used this superpower to benefit humanity and the planet?

We too often forget that humans are mortal beings – we cannot push ourselves to produce infinitely without supporting the humanity that sustains us. Humans who work around the clock don’t have time to live, and burnt out humans aren't very inspired creators.
To fuel our creativity, we need to spend time with loved ones, time alone, time in nature, time learning, and time playing. We need to work less than we rest, and we need to be able to take care of the admin of life without guilt.
When we give all of our energy to our work, we leave nothing to care for ourselves, our families, our communities, and the planet. We bankrupt our energies, and in a constant quest for distractions to numb our stress and exhaustion, we consume more from the Earth than we give back.
Depleting our energies and consequently, the Earth's resources, has led to a collective breakdown. It’s clear that the way we’ve been living isn’t working. At this critical point, we have an opportunity to restructure the fundamentals of how we live and work.

We need to empower our humanity to thrive, even as we work to accomplish great things.
We need environments that honor the humanity of every being, prevent their burnout, and put them in control of when, and from where, they work. Environments that are intentionally inclusive and reverent of differences in culture, identity, expertise, and experience levels, so as to neutralize -isms and cultivate fertile soil for brilliant solutions. Environments that tap into collective wisdom and our power to mobilize.
We need a talented, diverse, intentional global community of creatives to use their superpowers to tackle the urgent priorities of the world. And this community needs an online platform that offers them an accessible gathering place to join forces, where clients can leverage their superpowered solutions.

As we reshape the future, we must inspire consumers and citizens to make informed and embodied choices that sustain humanity and regenerate the planet. Emergent solutions to the challenges we face are within all of us, if only we are brave enough to step into the unknown and face them together.
